At ASPT we offer a thorough and bespoke One to One and Partner assisted training service improve health, body composition and sports performance.
Group Exercise Classes
We have a range of classes throughout the week including functional circuit training, fitness boxing, kettlebell conditioning, Studio Cycle Fit (our version of Spinning) and Snow and Bike Fit. Classes can accommodate up to 20 participants. All classes are designed to improve functional strength and performance, cardio vascular fitness, flexibility and improve body composition. There are PAYG, block booking and monthly payment options.
If you partake in personal training or group classes you have the option to join our gym facility to workout in your own time. You will follow a training programme created by one of our trainers tailored to your goals.
