Active Recovery Moray

About Us

Active Recovery Moray is a pioneering initiative powered by the combined efforts of Police Scotland, Arrows Drug and Alcohol Support, Elgin Sport and Community Trust and Moray Community Sport Hub. Our goal is to empower individuals impacted by mental health or substance addiction issues in the Moray region through the invigorating power of sport. By fostering social inclusion and enhancing life skills, we aim to brighten futures and connect communities.

All sessions are FREE and run by volunteers.

Mountain biking (16+) every Monday 10.30am -12.30am at local woods and cycle paths.

Football (16+) every Tuesday 1pm-3pm at the Gleaner Stadium, Bishopbriggs, Elgin.

In taking part in these activities, no experience is required and all abilities are welcome!
