Sport in Moray
The Active Schools’ Young Leader Programme includes the offer of voluntary experience and training/qualification opportunities for secondary school pupils in the Moray area.
Below are many opportunities available to Young leaders when they volunteer with Active Schools Moray. Find the opportunity below you are interested in and click on it to find out more.
We have linked our volunteering and training/qualification offer with the provision of Active Schools Young Leader hoodies. We hope that this provides additional incentive for Young Leaders to stick with our programme over a period of time, continually progressing in their personal development. Each hoodie is valued as stated in their coloured box. Volunteering hours must be completed with Active Schools. Hoodies can be achieved in any order, depending on Young Leader interest and experience, and the courses available via Active Schools. Some flexibility can be granted at the discretion of the Active Schools Coordinator.
The boxes below are sections dedicated to national programs for young leaders.
Go check them out there may be a program suited to making you the best leader you can be.
All participants of our programme will be supported and mentored by the Active Schools team. We can enable you to gain experience, for example:
