What are Community Sport Hubs (CSH)?

Community Sport Hubs are active communities where every individual, regardless of age or skill level, benefits from engaging in sports and physical activities. They represent a unified front of local sports clubs and community organizations coming together to magnify the positive impact of sports and physical activities within their community.


Purpose and Vision

The vision behind Community Sport Hubs is simple: empower local communities across Scotland. They aim to understand the unique needs of every community, and by tapping into the potential of local leaders and organizations, they collaborate to curate activities and initiatives that resonate with and benefit the local populace.

The Community Sport Hub network isn’t just limited to hubs. It’s a vast network that includes member sports clubs and organisations from across Scotland. Together, they aspire to establish Community Sport Hubs in every one of the 32 local authorities in Scotland, fostering a vision of an active Scotland where everyone reaps the benefits of sport.
