Using nationally developed resources, the course places a specific focus on preparing for cross country events in an age-appropriate and inclusive way.

By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped to deliver a range of basic running games and activities suitable for all primary-aged children — helping to develop their fitness, skills, and love for running.
