Come along to this fun and practical Fencing Workshop, designed to give young leaders, teachers and volunteers the skills and confidence to introduce fencing in a fun, safe and inclusive way.

What to expect

This interactive, games-based workshop will introduce fencing using foam sabres and plastic foils, with a focus on fun, movement and quick engagement.
Participants will learn simple fencing games and activities that develop coordination, movement and tactical awareness, while exploring ways to make fencing inclusive and accessible for all abilities, including young people who are neurodiverse or have physical disabilities.

No previous fencing experience is required and all equipment is provided. Just bring comfortable clothing and a willingness to get involved!
