What to expect

This course focuses on key lifesaving skills and provides an opportunity to learn the first aid response to the most common accidents and situations. You will learn how to deal with unconscious casualties, CPR, blood loss, shock and muscular/skeletal injury. It will be especially tailored to suit sports coaches.

Clothing

Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended as there will be some knee/bending/lying down at mannequins and potentially fake blood/props used to create scenarios.
